Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office parks and medical centers in Mount Laurel?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to reception desks in multi-building corporate campuses and specialized medical suites. You must provide the specific building number, floor, and suite during checkout. These details allow our drivers to navigate the large parking lots and complex layouts found throughout the township.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to residential homes and professional buildings, never shipped in a box. Our drivers navigate the township's mix of multi-lane commercial corridors and private residential streets. Providing a gate code for secured complexes or specific desk instructions for large offices ensures the driver can complete the drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn't there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a corporate center or home, we attempt to contact them for instructions on where to leave the gift safely. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different variety of the same color and value. Including a direct phone number for the recipient is the best way to ensure successful delivery at secure office lobbies or gated properties.
