Question 1

Can I send flowers to local care facilities, funeral homes, or apartment buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the care facilities and funeral homes located along the main north-south corridor and surrounding residential blocks. For deliveries to multi-unit houses, provide the specific unit number and instructions for front-door access. This ensures the driver identifies the correct entry in divided residential buildings.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered and fully assembled rather than shipped in boxes. The compact layout of the city and the frequency of shared driveways require drivers to identify specific house numbers from the street. Instructions regarding porch access or side-door entrances help the driver locate the correct door on narrow residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver looks for a secure, sheltered area on the property that is hidden from the public sidewalk. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute a flower of equal value that maintains the arrangement's size and color. Entering a gate code or a recipient’s direct phone number at checkout helps resolve access issues for fenced yards or secured apartment entries.
