Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different locations in Ross?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the funeral homes and the residential subdivisions throughout the township. For properties with long, private driveways or set-back houses, please include the gate code or specific porch location at checkout. These details are necessary for our drivers to find the correct front door on larger rural lots.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the township's mix of rural acreage and residential streets. Provide specific instructions if the delivery is for a business in the local commercial strip or a senior living community. A clear description of the house or mailbox helps when properties are spread far apart.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we place the order on a protected porch or at a side entrance away from the road. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that keeps the same color and shape. A recipient phone number helps us resolve access issues caused by long gravel drives or restricted entry points.
