Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Finneytown?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living campuses or secured apartment complexes, enter the specific building letter and unit number at checkout. We check in at the central reception desk for all senior care facilities to ensure the flowers are logged before reaching the resident’s room. For residential homes on winding or wooded streets, confirm that the house number is visible from the road to assist our drivers.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to prevent damage from the hilly terrain and steep driveways common in this area. For apartment buildings with locked gates or buzzers, provide the entry code at checkout to prevent the driver from being held at the perimeter. We do not use boxed shipping for any deliveries in this city.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a residential house, we leave the flowers in a shaded spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. For secured multi-family buildings where we cannot gain entry, we call the recipient to coordinate a hand-off. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom that maintains the original color and style.
