Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local hospitals, offices, or secure buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large medical campus or downtown office towers require specific wing names, suite numbers, and a recipient phone number. These details allow the driver to navigate the secure access points and internal mailroom protocols common in these dense commercial zones. Including a desk location ensures the arrangement reaches the correct floor through the building's internal routing system.

Question 2

How does the city's layout affect the delivery of my order?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the high-density central square to the spread-out residential hills. Provide gate codes or instructions for long private driveways to prevent delays at the property entrance. Drivers manage the limited parking near multi-story buildings to ensure the arrangement is carried directly to the front door or lobby desk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at a secured office building or a gated property, the driver will contact you to request permission to leave the item with a concierge. Provide a secondary phone number and any specific entry codes to avoid the driver being turned away at a security perimeter. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original design's shape and size.
