Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and medical complexes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the corporate office parks and medical campuses in this area require a specific building number or suite. Include the recipient’s department or floor at checkout so the front desk can accept the arrival. This detail ensures the driver can pass through security checkpoints without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door and never sent in a shipping box. The suburban layout of the city means many properties have long driveways or gated entry systems. Providing a gate code or specific porch instructions helps us complete the delivery without needing to return the flowers to the shop.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers with a neighbor or at a shaded entryway. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and value. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues at secured residential complexes.
