Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to the different types of properties in Morris Plains?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large corporate campuses and multi-building office parks, you must include the specific building number and floor at checkout. Residential addresses require a clear house number because many properties are set back from the main road on wooded lots. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints and find the correct entrance efficiently.

Question 2

What is your delivery process for the borough's residential and commercial layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to manage the mix of secured corporate gates and private residential driveways. Providing a suite number or gate code is necessary for the low-rise professional offices and medical complexes found throughout the area. This prevents the delays common with boxed shipping, which often results in orders being left at central loading docks.

Question 3

How are delivery issues or unavailable flowers handled?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a corporate office is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement with the building’s central security desk or receptionist. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the original color and value. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at large-scale commercial properties.
