Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, or secured residential complexes in Little Egg Harbor Township?

Accepted Answer

Many residences in this township are located within large age-restricted communities that require check-in at a main gatehouse or security kiosk. Provide the name of the housing development and any specific gate entry instructions at checkout. This ensures the driver can pass through security and find the correct residential street without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what details are needed for the township's layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the mix of waterfront lagoons and suburban streets. For homes located on narrow lagoon channels, please note if there is a specific side door or porch area for drop-offs. These details help the driver navigate properties where street parking is limited and houses are situated close together.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a secure spot at the home, such as a covered porch on a house set back from the road. Including the recipient’s mobile number allows the driver to confirm access for properties with long, wooded driveways common in the inland parts of the township. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the original style.
