Question 1

How do you ensure my delivery reaches the right person in Moonachie?

Accepted Answer

Many addresses here are located within large industrial parks and commercial warehouses. Provide the specific building letter, suite number, and a direct desk phone number at checkout. These details allow the driver to find the correct entrance among the sprawling business layouts.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver instead of being shipped in a box. In residential areas, we deliver to the front door, while in industrial zones, we use the main lobby or shipping bay. Provide notes at checkout if the property has a security gate or a specific delivery entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is at an industrial site and cannot be reached, we leave the arrangement with the front office or security desk. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that fits the original design. Providing the recipient's mobile number prevents delays when navigating large commercial properties or gated driveways.
