Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in McGuffey?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential front doors and the few shared administrative buildings in the village center. For deliveries to community spaces, provide the specific room or entry point at checkout. Clear entrance details are necessary because these small buildings often lack a central lobby or signage.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for this residential layout?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-carried to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Since many homes here are set far back from the street, please indicate if the house number is visible from the road. Let us know if we should use a side door or a specific porch area for the drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a spot sheltered from the wind that frequently crosses these open residential lots. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety to keep the same look. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us confirm their location on these spread-out village streets.
