Question 1

How does delivery work for the college campus, historic inns, and senior living facilities in Granville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the residential college campus require the specific building name and student box number for the central mailroom to accept the order. For historic village inns, provide the guest name and room number for the front desk staff. These details are necessary to navigate the restricted access points of shared residential buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes in both the historic village and the rural outskirts?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the village's mix of narrow historic side-streets and long rural driveways. Provide any gate codes or specific porch instructions for properties set back far from the road. This helps the driver identify the correct drop-off point on residential properties with multiple outbuildings.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient at a secured dormitory or senior living facility is unavailable, the arrangement is left with the staff at the central receiving desk. For private residences, we use the contact number provided to find a safe location if the recipient does not answer the door. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement size.
