Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local campuses, senior living centers, or professional buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to private school campuses or gated senior living facilities require a specific building name and room number at checkout. Security gate protocols mean the driver must check in at the main entrance before proceeding to the residence. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number allows the driver to confirm access to these secured zones.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered to residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door rather than being shipped in a box. Because many township properties have long driveways set back from the main road, we require instructions about gate codes or porch locations. This ensures the arrangement reaches the door instead of being left at a mailbox or road entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a covered area or a neighbor to take the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of the same color and value. Including details about side entrances or secondary gate codes prevents a failed delivery at homes with restricted street access.
