Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and care facilities in Harrison?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the medical complexes and funeral homes located near the interstate corridor. You must provide the specific building letter or suite number at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct office within these multi-structure properties. For residential care settings, including a room number allows the driver to leave the arrangement with the designated floor station.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes in the different residential areas of the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a box. In the suburban subdivisions, we use covered porches for placement, while in the historic downtown area, we require a phone number to coordinate access for homes that sit directly on the sidewalk. Providing specific instructions for side-door access or gate codes helps the driver complete the delivery without returning to the shop.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residential property with a long driveway or open layout, the driver will find a secure spot on the premises and notify the recipient. When a specific flower is not in stock, we use a different variety of the same color and value to complete the arrangement. Including the recipient's mobile number prevents failed deliveries when access to a property is restricted by a gate or keypad.
