Question 1

How will my flower delivery be handled at local addresses?

Accepted Answer

Most locations in this area are residential farmhouses or historic village buildings rather than high-rise offices. For deliveries to local churches or community halls, you must provide the specific building name and the scheduled time of the event. These details help drivers locate the correct side entrance on properties that sit far back from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements arrive via hand delivery to accommodate the low-density layout and long gravel driveways common in this community. Drivers require a clear path to the primary residence entrance rather than leaving items at a roadside mailbox. Please provide specific instructions if the house is obscured by a tree line or sits on a shared private lane.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will look for a porch sheltered from the wind on these open residential lots. When a specific stem is out of stock, a replacement of equal value is used to maintain the design. Including a recipient phone number is necessary to coordinate access for properties with perimeter gates or unrestrained livestock.
