Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and funeral homes in Cleves?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main office of local businesses and the foyer of funeral homes. For residential units in the village center, you must provide the specific apartment number and any entry codes for locked gates or shared hallways. This ensures the driver can navigate the mix of storefronts and walk-up residences found along the main streets.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to handle the specific terrain of Cleves, including steep driveways and homes built on sloped lots. This method ensures flowers remain upright and stable during the transition from the street to the front door. Please note if the property has a long private drive or a specific porch location hidden from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we will leave the arrangement in a shaded area near the door or with a nearby neighbor. Providing a secondary phone number is helpful for properties with gated entrances or homes set far back from the street where the door is not visible. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same value and color to keep the arrangement the correct size.
