Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices or senior living complexes in Bridgetown North?

Accepted Answer

For these locations, you must provide the specific suite number or resident room number at checkout. Many of these professional buildings have secured entry points or central reception desks that require a precise destination to accept a delivery. This information allows the courier to leave the flowers with the correct front-desk staff or office coordinator.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with cul-de-sacs and long driveways?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the winding suburban streets and residential driveway layouts of this area. The courier brings the arrangement directly to the front door rather than using boxed shipping methods. Please specify if the home has a preferred side-door entrance or a porch area hidden from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the courier will leave the arrangement in a safe location on the porch or at the primary entrance of the residence. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to ensure the delivery arrives on the scheduled date. Providing a recipient phone number is the most effective way to prevent delays if the courier encounters a locked gate or a secured building entrance.
