Question 1

How does delivery work for the different types of addresses in Delhi?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the central receiving desks of the large educational and retirement campuses found throughout the township. For residential deliveries on winding hillside streets, please provide the exact house number and any specific entrance instructions at checkout. Including the specific building name or department for campus deliveries ensures the arrangement reaches the correct person.

Question 2

How will my order be delivered within the township?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the suburban residential layout of the area. Because many properties feature steep driveways or long private entries, our drivers need a clear path to the front door. Please specify if there is a preferred side entrance for homes built on the local slopes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the arrangement in a secure area on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value that fits the original style. Providing a phone number and any gate codes for private driveways helps us resolve delivery issues immediately.
