Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Salem?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the centralized medical campus require a specific wing name and room number to navigate the connected building sections. For funeral services held in converted residential structures, provide the name of the deceased to ensure the flowers reach the correct viewing room. These details are necessary because these buildings have multiple private and public entry points.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local city layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the deep front porches and street-level storefronts found along the main corridors. Provide instructions at checkout if the business requires delivery through a rear alley access or if the residence has a preferred side-door entry. This ensures the arrangement is left in a sheltered area rather than on a public sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a sheltered porch or a nearby neighbor to accept the delivery. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitute of equal value is selected to match the original color and style. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver verify access for residential properties with long driveways or restricted porch entry.
