Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to locations in Gratis?

Accepted Answer

In this village, deliveries move between residential front doors and small street-side businesses rather than secured apartment lobbies. Provide the recipient’s phone number and specific instructions for porch or side-door placement at checkout. These details matter because most properties here have open-air entrances where a driver needs clear direction on where to leave an item safely.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to account for the low-density residential layout of the area. Because most homes here feature open lawns and porches rather than gated access, drivers can walk the arrangement straight to the door. Confirming the house number is clearly visible from the road helps the driver identify the correct property quickly.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver will leave the flowers on a porch or in a protected entryway common to these local homes. We use available seasonal blooms of equal value if a specific flower is out of stock to ensure the delivery remains on schedule. Providing the recipient's mobile phone number reduces failed attempts when navigating the distances between residential properties.
