Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this village are primarily made to residential homes and small local offices. You must provide the exact house number and street name at checkout because many properties sit close to the road without large signage. Including a specific entry point for public buildings helps our drivers navigate the simple street layout efficiently.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders sent to the detached houses and storefronts within the village. The residential layout means we can usually access front porches directly without encountering security gates or apartment buzzers. Providing instructions for side doors or specific porch locations helps ensure the flowers are placed correctly at these open-access properties.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we will leave the arrangement in a safe spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that fits the original design. A valid phone number for the recipient helps us confirm the location of homes set back on larger rural lots.
