Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical buildings and historic homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this city involve both historic street-front houses and single-story healthcare facilities. Provide the specific department or room number for medical centers and indicate if the home entrance is on the main street or a side alley. This information helps the driver find the correct door in areas with limited signage.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered to residential or rural properties?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of tight historic lanes and expansive rural properties. For homes with long driveways or farm gates, include the entry code or specific drop-off instructions for the driver. This ensures the arrangement reaches the porch directly without delays caused by restricted access.

Question 3

What is the process if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered area like a porch or behind a storm door. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom to maintain the delivery date. A recipient phone number is required to help drivers identify the correct house in rural areas where mailboxes and house numbers are set far back from the road.
