Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various office parks and gated complexes throughout Gloucester Township?

Accepted Answer

Professional offices in the township are often situated in large, multi-building business parks. Include the specific building letter and suite number at checkout so the driver can locate the correct entrance. For apartment complexes with locked main gates, provide the entry code to avoid the driver being turned away.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box to my residential address?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's variety of residential styles, from townhomes to large-lot houses. Clear instructions on whether to leave the item at a side door or with a leasing office are helpful for complexes with shared entrances. This information ensures the driver finds the correct residence in areas where house numbers are not easily visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will seek a shaded area on the porch, as many homes here have open layouts with little street-side privacy. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a current phone number is vital for navigating newer residential developments where GPS mapping can be inaccurate.
