Question 1

How do I ensure a successful delivery to local medical complexes or the college campus?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, wing, and room or suite number for deliveries to the large medical campuses and academic facilities. In these multi-building environments, the driver needs a designated reception desk or department name to complete the drop-off. For residential deliveries in older sections of town, please specify if the home has a shared porch or a specific side entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and apartment buildings?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the mix of long suburban driveways and multi-unit townhouse clusters. For gated communities or secured apartment buildings, you must provide the gate code or lobby access instructions at checkout. This ensures the driver can reach the individual front door rather than leaving the order at a high-traffic main gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or the address is difficult to find?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a shaded area like a screened-in porch or leaves a notice if a building lobby is inaccessible. Providing the recipient's phone number is necessary to help the driver navigate the non-linear residential streets and cul-de-sacs. If a specific flower is unavailable, the local florist uses a substitute that matches the original size and color profile.
