Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large business and industrial campuses in Moraine?

Accepted Answer

Many local delivery sites are large industrial campuses with specific security gates and multiple building entrances. You must provide the specific building letter and the name of the designated reception area or gate at checkout. This ensures the driver arrives at the correct security checkpoint within these expansive properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and commercial areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at office parks or residential porches. Our drivers navigate the mix of wide thoroughfares and the smaller, connected side streets found throughout the city. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for properties with long setbacks helps avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a workplace or home?

Accepted Answer

At secure industrial sites, we leave the flowers with the facility coordinator or at the front security desk. For residential deliveries, we look for a secure spot near the entrance if the recipient is not home. Including a direct phone number for the recipient is the best way to resolve access issues at multi-unit properties or restricted office buildings.
