Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to local medical campuses, funeral homes, or professional offices in Kettering?

Accepted Answer

Kettering features many sprawling medical campuses and professional office parks with multiple wings and separate entrances. You must provide the specific building wing and room or suite number at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct reception desk or patient area within these large suburban complexes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the local layout affect my delivery?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. For Kettering’s residential streets with wide lawns and open porches, please include any gate codes for garden-style apartment complexes. This allows the driver to place the arrangement inside a secured entryway instead of leaving it in a visible public area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a discreet location on the porch. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient’s phone number is necessary to help the driver navigate the winding drives and hidden entrances found in local professional parks.
