Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses and apartments in Passaic?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city's large, multi-wing medical complexes require a specific building letter or department name at checkout. For multi-family residential units, you must provide the apartment number and any keypad entry codes for the main door. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance among the city's dense rows of housing and secured buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the city's dense layout and parking constraints?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s high-density walk-ups and multi-family homes. Drivers navigate the limited street parking to bring the arrangement directly to the main door or a secure lobby. Providing precise buzzer instructions prevents delays caused by the lack of easy curb access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, drivers look for a secured building vestibule or a neighbor to accept the delivery to avoid leaving items on the sidewalk. If a specific flower is out of stock, a similar type is substituted to ensure the delivery reaches the destination on time. A recipient phone number is necessary to resolve access issues at multi-story properties or gated entrances.
