Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to medical centers and apartment complexes in Clifton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the medical campuses and multi-building garden apartment complexes found throughout the city. You must provide the specific building letter and suite or unit number at checkout. These details allow the driver to locate the correct entrance within large properties that often share a single street address.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential home or office?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. In residential areas with narrow street parking or long driveways, drivers park and walk the order directly to the porch. Providing an entry code for electronic gates is necessary for access to the city’s various private residential clusters.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the property or leaves the order with a neighbor on the same street. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver gain access to secured mid-rise office buildings and locked foyer entrances. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitution of equal value that matches the original style.
