Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices, medical facilities, and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to both the sprawling corporate office campuses and the traditional residential streets throughout the city. For office complexes with multiple buildings or medical suites, you must provide the specific building number and department name at checkout. These details allow our drivers to locate the correct entrance or reception desk within large professional parks.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a local driver?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by drivers who navigate the mix of suburban cul-de-sacs and interconnected residential subdivisions. We do not use boxed shipping or common carriers. Providing a gate code or specific porch instructions is necessary for properties with secured entrances or long, private driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor if the home is on a high-traffic street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at locked residential foyers or gated community entrances.
