Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and secured residential communities in Columbus?

Accepted Answer

Provide the gate access code or the building name for age-restricted communities at checkout. This allows the driver to clear security booths or notify the gate attendant for entry to private residential roads. For funeral homes, include the scheduled service time to ensure arrival fits the visitation window.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and how does the town layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township’s mix of clustered housing and homes set back on long driveways. Include specific descriptions of the house or entrance for properties that are not clearly visible from the main rural roads. This ensures the driver identifies the correct porch when house numbers are obscured from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a sheltered porch area or follow the specific delivery instructions provided at checkout. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar flower of equal value that matches the original style. Including a recipient’s phone number is necessary to coordinate access for properties with perimeter fencing or locked entry gates.
