Question 1

How does delivery work for different locations in Rogers?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches, small storefronts, and local funeral chapels throughout this rural village. Because many properties are set back from the main road or have long gravel driveways, please provide the house color or any gate codes at checkout. Accurate house numbers are essential for identification since homes are spaced far apart along rural routes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and lack of secured mailrooms. We do not use boxed shipping because rural mailboxes and uncovered porches cannot protect large arrangements from the elements. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us navigate properties where the front door is not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we identify a safe, shaded area on the porch or a side entrance. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the original shape and style of the arrangement. Including detailed instructions for long driveways or properties with farm gates helps us avoid failed delivery attempts.
