Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to gated communities and office complexes in Marlboro?

Accepted Answer

For residential gated communities, provide the gate code or ensure the resident has authorized guest entry. In sprawling office parks, include the specific building letter and suite number to help us find the correct entrance. These details ensure the driver can pass security and locate the reception desk without delay.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or business in this area?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient rather than being shipped in cardboard boxes. Our drivers navigate the wide suburban layouts and long private driveways to reach the main front door. Providing instructions about specific porch access or side entrances helps ensure the arrangement is left in the correct spot.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residential property, we look for a shaded area on the porch or leave the gift with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style. A secondary phone number is essential for reaching residents in homes that are set back far from the main road.
