Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residences in Chesterville?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this village are made to single-family homes or small street-level offices near the main crossroads. At checkout, provide the specific porch or side door location for residential properties. For local offices, include the desk or suite number to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance in these smaller commercial buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the rural layout and wide-set properties of this village. Because many homes sit on larger plots or have long driveways, please provide gate codes or specific house descriptions. This helps our drivers navigate rural routes and ensures the flowers reach the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a protected area on the porch or with a nearby neighbor on your residential street. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color palette. Including the recipient’s phone number is vital for locating properties where house numbers are not clearly visible from the main road.
