Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of buildings in Califon?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to residential homes and the small-scale professional offices near the town center. Because many properties feature long, winding driveways or sit far back from the road, you must provide clear entrance markers at checkout. Accurate street numbers are essential for locating residences screened by heavy tree cover or positioned on narrow rural lanes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the layout of the area affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. The low-density residential layout requires navigating narrow roads and unpaved private drives to reach the house. Including notes about secondary access points or side porches helps the driver find a secure placement if the main entrance is difficult to reach from the driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on the property protected from the wind and wildlife common to these wooded lots. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size and style. Providing a recipient phone number prevents failed deliveries caused by house numbers that are not visible from the main road.
