Question 1

How do you handle flower delivery to offices, medical suites, and homes in Seven Hills?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional office suites, enter the floor and suite number at checkout so the driver can locate the correct interior office door. Residential orders need the house number and specific instructions for homes with long driveways or side-entry porches. These details ensure the driver finds the right entrance among the city’s mix of private houses and professional business parks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and what access details are needed?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the hilly terrain and winding residential streets found throughout the city. The driver brings the flowers directly to the front door or the reception area of a business instead of using a shipping box. Including a gate code or specific porch location helps the driver navigate residential properties that are set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residence, the driver finds a secure spot on the porch or near a side door that is shielded from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, the florist selects a replacement of equal value that maintains the same size and shape. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to coordinate access if a driveway is gated or a professional suite is locked.
