Question 1

How do I ensure a successful delivery to an office tower or residential area?

Accepted Answer

Provide the suite number and company name for all deliveries to the high-rise office towers along the commercial corridor. Secured buildings require the courier to leave the arrangement with the lobby attendant or at the reception desk. For residential deliveries on the hillside streets, include specific instructions for houses with long driveways or side-entry porches.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's commercial and residential zones?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to avoid the damage associated with boxed shipping. The city's mix of dense office parks and winding residential roads makes a recipient phone number essential for navigating access points. Specific building letters or floor numbers ensure the courier reaches the correct desk or front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in an office building is away from their desk, the courier leaves the flowers with the floor receptionist. For home deliveries where no one answers, the driver leaves the arrangement at the primary entrance. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a bloom of the same color and value to maintain the design.
