Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various apartment complexes and senior living centers in Parma Heights?

Accepted Answer

Many residences here are multi-story apartment buildings or senior living complexes with secured main entrances and buzzers. You must provide the specific unit number and any building entry codes at checkout so the driver can access the interior hallways. These details ensure the flowers reach the recipient's door rather than being left at an unattended outer gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the city’s dense mix of small residential lots and shared commercial parking areas. Providing specific instructions for side-door access or porch locations helps the driver find a safe path on streets where parking is limited. This method prevents the arrangement from being left on public sidewalks or in high-traffic common areas.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn't available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a secured vestibule or a designated leasing office common in the city's multi-unit buildings. For houses on open residential streets, providing a secondary phone number allows us to confirm a safe placement away from street view. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the intended size and color of the arrangement.
