Question 1

How does delivery work for residential homes and medical or office sites?

Accepted Answer

For the high-density row houses and professional buildings, we require the unit number and any specific door instructions at checkout. These details are necessary because many residences share close quarters or have entrances set directly on the sidewalk. Providing a floor or wing number for medical sites ensures the driver finds the correct recipient.

Question 2

What is the delivery process given the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow residential streets and limited on-street parking. This approach allows us to walk the arrangement directly to the front door or porch of the property. Specifying if the home has a front-facing entrance or requires rear alley access helps the driver avoid blocked paths.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a sheltered spot away from the public sidewalk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues in blocks where parking is restricted.
