Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and multi-unit homes in Gloucester City?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception area of professional offices and the main entry of funeral homes. For multi-unit row houses where doors open directly to the sidewalk, you must provide the apartment number and any entry codes. These details ensure the delivery is completed quickly without obstructing the city's narrow residential streets.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered within the city’s compact residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered because the city’s dense layout and lack of front yards make boxed shipping impractical. The arrangement is brought directly to the door or office suite to be received in person. Providing information about side entrances or specific alleyway access helps avoid delays in high-density areas where street access is limited.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we will not leave items on public stoops or sidewalks that lack a private porch. We will call the recipient to coordinate a time for them to receive the delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original size and shape of the arrangement.
