Question 1

How does delivery work for the different types of buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to offices or secured rental buildings require an entry code or a designated front-desk drop-off point. For the many elevated homes in the area, specify if the arrangement should be left at the street-level gate or the top-floor landing. Including these details is necessary because narrow streets and limited parking make it difficult for drivers to wait for building access.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered given the layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the high density of the boardwalk area and restricted side-street access. When a property is located on a pedestrian-only block or a narrow lane, the driver walks the order to the front door. Providing a cottage letter or rear-house designation helps the driver find the correct entrance on properties with multiple buildings on a single lot.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver will place the flowers in a location shielded from the high foot traffic of the public walkways. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is substituted with a similar bloom that maintains the original design style. A local phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at gated bungalow complexes or multi-story motels.
