Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Strongsville?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the sprawling medical campuses and corporate offices in this city requires specific room or suite numbers at checkout. Because many of these complexes have multiple wings and separate entrances, providing a building letter or department name ensures the driver finds the correct desk. For gated residential communities, please include the gate code or entry instructions so the driver can access the property.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of busy retail corridors and quiet residential cul-de-sacs. For professional offices located within large shopping districts, specify if the driver should use a main lobby or a side service entrance. This detail helps us navigate large parking lots and multi-level office parks efficiently.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a residence with a long driveway or open street frontage, we look for a secure spot near a side door. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that keeps the same color and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at large corporate business parks where reception may not accept personal packages.
