Question 1

How does delivery work for the medical and corporate buildings in Middleburg Heights?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city's large medical campuses and corporate parks, provide the building number and suite at checkout. Drivers use specific service entrances to reach the correct reception desk in these large complexes. Note if the recipient is a patient or an employee to help staff direct the driver.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered across the city's residential and business areas?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the combination of spread-out residential streets and large commercial office lots. Include gate codes for secured residential entries or specific instructions for security kiosks at business entrances. This ensures the arrangement reaches a person instead of being left in a central loading area.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a senior living facility or secured office, we leave the flowers with the front desk or concierge. For residential addresses, provide a phone number so we can verify a safe spot to leave the gift if no one is home. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value.
