Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Marathon?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries go to private residences and small businesses along the main highway and connecting rural roads. You must provide the house number exactly as it appears on the roadside mailbox. This ensures the driver identifies the correct property when buildings are set deep back from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to the door to manage the spread-out layout of these country properties. Drivers navigate long driveways and gravel entries to reach the residence. Providing details about the house color or driveway length helps the driver locate the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We place the arrangement in a spot sheltered from the wind and sun found on these open rural lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access for properties with farm gates or long private lanes.
