Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to homes and offices in Asbury?

Accepted Answer

Properties in this area feature long private driveways or gated entries that require specific access codes provided at checkout. For office deliveries, include the suite number and the specific entrance location because buildings are set back from the main road. These details ensure the driver can reach the door directly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the city’s residential layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the transition between the historic village center and the rural properties on the outskirts. Drivers locate homes where mailboxes are positioned at the road far from the actual house entrance. Clear instructions regarding house colors or driveway markers help us find the right door in areas with hidden house numbers.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor at residential properties. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that maintains the same look and value. Sharing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at properties with long driveways or locked gates.
