Question 1

How does delivery work for the row homes and multi-unit buildings in Woodlynne?

Accepted Answer

Woodlynne consists of many row homes and multi-family buildings where front doors open directly onto the street. You must provide the exact apartment number and any building access codes at checkout. This ensures the driver can reach the recipient's door instead of leaving the order at a shared street entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this borough given the narrow streets and close property layouts?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered because the borough's narrow streets and lack of driveways make boxed shipping impractical. Since most homes do not have large front yards or hidden porches, the driver needs a direct phone number for the recipient. Providing instructions for side-door access helps the driver navigate these compact property layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's style. If the recipient is not home, the driver will not leave flowers on the sidewalk or front steps. Providing the name of a neighbor who can accept the delivery helps prevent the order from being returned to the shop.
