Question 1

Can you deliver to school administrative buildings and professional offices in this district?

Accepted Answer

Please provide the specific department name and room number for all deliveries to school offices and professional buildings. Many of these locations use secure buzzer-entry systems that require our drivers to identify a specific contact person before they are granted access. These details prevent the arrangement from being held at a main security gate or exterior entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes and apartments?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the local layout of detached homes with front porches. Because many properties sit close to the sidewalk with limited front yard space, we need to know if there is a side entrance or preferred drop-off spot. For apartment deliveries, including the unit number and entry code ensures the driver can reach the recipient’s door directly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, our drivers will attempt to leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to avoid failed deliveries caused by locked gates or restricted street access.
