Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and businesses in Audubon?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both the dense residential side streets and the commercial businesses along the main thoroughfare. For house deliveries, please specify if we should use the front porch or a side door entrance. Including a suite or shop number for business addresses ensures the driver finds the correct desk without encountering blocked access.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered because many homes in this borough sit very close to the sidewalk with limited front yard space. This method prevents arrangements from being left exposed on street-facing porches or stoops. Please provide any porch gate instructions to help the driver reach the door quickly on these narrow residential blocks.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver may leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor because the houses here are situated in very close proximity. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a blossom of the same color and value to keep the arrangement full. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate a secure drop-off if the front door is directly open to public foot traffic.
