Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the city's large medical campuses and waterfront office buildings?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific building wing, floor number, and department name at checkout. Most of these high-density facilities require drivers to leave arrangements at a centralized security desk or lobby reception. This information ensures the delivery reaches the correct desk within these large, restricted-access complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and secured apartment blocks?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s dense layout of row houses and sidewalk-facing entrances. We do not leave boxes on public streets, so the driver will attempt to hand the flowers directly to the recipient. Providing a building entry code or a secondary phone number helps avoid delays at locked residential gates.

Question 3

What is the procedure if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available at a residence without a secure foyer, we do not leave the order unattended on the sidewalk. We will contact the recipient to find a safe time for a second delivery attempt. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and style.
