Question 1

How does delivery work for the different types of buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential porches and the multi-story apartment buildings located along the central transit corridor. For apartments with secured entrances, provide the unit number and any buzzer codes at checkout. This information allows the courier to reach the correct floor or lobby desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and what details are needed for the city layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door. Because many properties have small front yards and shared driveways, we walk the flowers from the street to the primary entrance. Specify at checkout if the delivery should go to a side porch or a rear business entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers on a shaded porch or leave them with a nearby neighbor. For storefronts on the main commercial street, we will try the back entrance if the front door is locked. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the original design.
