Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front desks of professional buildings and the main entrances of senior care centers. For house deliveries, please specify if the order should go to a front porch or a side entrance. This helps us find the right door for homes that are set back from the residential streets.

Question 2

What is the delivery method for this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to keep the arrangement intact. The layout of the streets allows for direct walk-up access to most houses and storefronts. For properties on the outskirts of town, include any gate codes needed for long driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers on a covered porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the look of the bouquet. Providing a recipient phone number helps us manage deliveries for homes with fenced yards or restricted backyard access.
