Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical facilities and businesses in Newcomerstown?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the single-story medical clinics and funeral homes in the village, provide the specific department or service room number at checkout. Industrial sites on the outskirts of town require a designated reception desk or gate entry point for the driver. These details ensure the arrangement reaches the correct person within these larger properties.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the village layout of street-front shops and detached residential homes. Drivers navigate the transition from narrow main-street parking to wider residential driveways to ensure the flowers remain upright. Providing information about side entrances or specific porch access helps avoid delays in the village center.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered area on the porch or leaves the arrangement with a nearby neighbor. For deliveries to gated manufacturing sites, a secondary contact number is used to coordinate a hand-off at the perimeter security entrance. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original color and style.
